These techniques work well for walls that have imperfections, such as woodpaneling, wallpaper, etc., and can be customized with any color or metallics.

It may be difficult to imagine - but there is inspiration in everything around us.

When it comes to finding a "finish" for a room - you are never limited by my samples.

Much of what you see here are closeups.

For instance - my client requested a finish to go with her bedroom decor.

The fabric inspired the finish and complimented the look,  perfectly!

Lusterstone

The subtle glistening affects of lusterstone create movement on walls as you move around the room.  This finish can be customized to fit any decor and color.

These products are not just for walls!

Consider columns, fireplaces, kitchen hoods (over stoves), exterior and interior surfaces, countertops (yes, they even work on formica).

This technique was completed on a Luan door - to demonstrate the artistic applications that can be accomplished with faux finishing products - which can also be completed on walls.

The shimmering affects with waxes and jewelstone can only be appreciated in person, but the ideas can be limitless.

Imagine a fauxed stone wall - in this example - considered technique for a wine cellar, restaurant, or fireplace facade - as request by a client.

Embedded venetian plaster technique - another wall finish in which  photography can not do justice.  This finish has a shine quality and movement that speaks of old world finishes.  And yet, very functional for today's decor.  This can be colorized to fit any decor - and offers a classic and glamourous look.
